Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information used to sell, deliver and verify a Riddhi Vyapar licence.

Information we collect

We collect the name entered for the licence, email address, mobile number, selected plan, order and payment references, and billing or GST details when provided. Licence verification may send the licence ID, a randomly generated installation ID, app version and operating-system name.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, issue and recover licences, provide invoices and support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or payment OTPs. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Accounting data stays local

Invoices, customers, items, stock, purchases, payments and other accounting records created inside the desktop application remain on the customer’s computer and are not included in online licence checks.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for payment processing, website hosting and licence verification. We retain order and licence records for support, fraud prevention, tax and legal requirements, and restrict their use to those purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing riddhicomputersystem@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law requires it.
