Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the seven-day trial and annual licences for the Riddhi Vyapar Windows application.

Trial and licence

New installations receive a seven-day Premium trial. A paid licence provides the selected plan for one year from activation and is issued to the customer or business named during checkout. Unless the plan states otherwise, a licence is for one business on one Windows PC.

Acceptable use

You may use the software for lawful business recordkeeping. You must not copy, resell, share, reverse engineer or bypass its licence controls, except where applicable law expressly permits.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate business, tax and invoice information, maintaining backups, protecting access to your computer, and reviewing documents before issuing them.

Availability and updates

Core accounting records remain accessible regardless of licence status. Online purchasing, activation and verification depend on internet and third-party service availability. Features may receive fixes and improvements during the licence period.
