Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please use the seven-day free trial to confirm that Riddhi Vyapar suits your business before purchasing.

Refund window

You may request cancellation and a refund within seven calendar days of payment only if the purchased licence has not been activated.

After activation

No refund is available after the licence has been activated. This includes activation on any supported computer, because the digital licence has then been delivered and used.

How to request a refund

Email riddhicomputersystem@gmail.com within the eligible period. Include the purchaser’s name, payment ID or order reference, purchase email and reason for the request. Do not send card details, UPI PINs or OTPs.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank or payment-provider processing times apply after we initiate the refund. We will confirm the decision and initiation details using the purchase email.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges or an incorrect plan. We will verify the transaction and provide the appropriate correction or refund.
